1. SHIPPING ITEM(S)
Our Hampers are dispatched using 24 hour tracking with Royal Mail or DPD next day deliver. Unless the buyer requests the item on a specific date.
Vintage China is packaged and within 48 hours, with next day delivery.
What days do you deliver?
All perishable goods will be dispatched from Monday-Friday. The available delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday.
Sunday & Monday delivery is currently not available.
As soon as you place your order, and payment has been cleared, we will provide you with a Royal Mail or DPD Tracking Reference Number.
Do you deliver all over the U.K?
We provide delivery across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands
Couriers & Tracking Service
Cream Tea Hampers only use a Track and Trace postal service. We use Royal Mail and DPD courier services for both U.K. and International, it safeguards and protects, the buyer and the shopkeeper.
Did you know, you can track your order, using the Royal Mail tracking system from start of dispatch to its safe destination. A Tracking reference number will be emailed to you, for your own peace of mind to check the Tracking online with Royal Mail.
Deliver on a Special Date.
If you require your order by a specific date please contact Cream Tea Hampers. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday for next day delivery. If you have any queries, or request to place an order for a special birthday e.g. two months time, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Royal Mail Signed For with Tracking and DPD is the service we use safeguards both the parties. You can view the tracking reference online also.
Please note, Royal Mail will try to delivery your order to your address on the first attempt, please ensure there is a person available to sign for the item at the address you have given or there is a safe place for the item to be dropped off.
If you miss a delivery you will be able to contact Royal Mail directly using the information on the Royal Mail delivery card to organise your delivery/collection. When you receive your order, please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing any packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost using Royal Mail Signed For and Tracking for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Prior to purchasing, please contact Cream Tea Hamepers with your postcode and contact number regarding a shipping quote.
Delivery charge is negotiable depending on the mainland postcode location for this item.
We will provide you with full delivery details including when to expect delivery. Our courier driver, will deliver to your door, however, you will be required to make arrangements to ensure:
a. There is somebody available to sign for the item from the address you've given.
b. You’ve assistance to position the item in your dwelling/home.
We can assure you that the packaging is of high standard and will fully protect the item.
The advertised price of the item does not include the shipping cost, sales tax, import duty or custom fees
Do you deliver Internationally?
We take the quality and safety of our products seriously, and shipping perishable items overseas can be challenging and may compromise the freshness and quality of the products upon arrival. Therefore, we have made the decision to limit our deliveries to the UK only. Due to the nature of our Cream Tea and Afternoon Tea Hampers, we are unable to ship food items abroad as they are perishable goods.
Items we ship abroad are the vintage china tea sets and other non perishable goods. Any questions just ask.
How Quickly Can I Receive My Order?
You can choose a delivery date up to 2 months in advance. If you need your order the next day, be sure to order before 2pm. After 2pm, the next available delivery date will be the day after.
IMPORTANT - It is possible to choose a specific delivery date at checkout. However, please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery service, sometimes couriers will experience delays which are circumstances outside of our control.
